ALLOWING USERS TO RETAKE A COUSE ONCE COMPLETE

I am working with a client to develop wellness modules that contain essay slides so learners can record their thoughts and then print them off for evaluation.
Later, the learner can revisit the modules and record their updated thoughts and ideas about their wellness journey. Later, the client sent me a message and said that once the learner completed the module in the LMS, they could only review their initial essay responses instead of being able to insert new thoughts and ideas. So, I reached out to Articulate Support and explained the situation. Apparently, most LMSs consider a course to be in review mode when attempting to revisit a course after the completion requirement has been met. This prevents learners from accidentally changing their course status back to incomplete, which I completely understand. But, sometimes, you want a learner to be able to return to a course and take it again to achieve a better score, of record updated data. In these cases, you would need to change the default behavior, and here is an article that provides you the steps on how it’s done:
